摘要: 设计了一种发酵样品在线自动取样装置及其控制流程,可以实现对多个发酵罐进行按次序分时样品采集,用于发酵过程生化参数的自动取样测定。取样装置支持采用膜过滤或渗透膜式取样器的无细胞直接取样、带细胞的直管直接取样和模拟手工取样的U型管间接取样,文中给出了各种取样方式的取样过程及其程序控制流程图。对于带细胞直管直接取样模式,本设计具有多个防杂菌污染的隔离屏障,在发酵过程的测定间隙可以对取样管路进行化学灭菌处理,能够防止长时间发酵外部杂菌通过取样池经取样管污染发酵罐。本设计与生物传感器分析系统配合可实现在不同类型的发酵中进行生化参数的在线自动分析。

Abstract: We design an online automatic sampling device and its control process for fermentation samples, which can collect samples in multiple fermentation tanks in sequence and time division to automatically determine the biochemical parameters of multiple fermentation processes. The device can support direct cell free sampling using filtering membrane or osmotic membrane sampling probes, direct sampling with cells using straight tube, and indirect sampling using Utube witch could simulate manual sampling. We present sampling processes and their software flowcharts of various sampling methods. For direct sampling with cells using straight tube, we also devise multiple bacteria antipollution barriers and provide method of sampling tube chemical sterilization process at the determination interval to prevent external bacteria pollution through sampling tube during longperiod fermentation. Combined with biosensor analysis system, the device can conduct online automatic analysis for biochemical parameters in different fermentation processes.
